I have NEVER met a real estate agent that expended such extreme
effort and energy to sell my home for as much profit as Nini did. She
went beyond all expectations from overseeing needed renovations, to actually
putting on overalls and doing a great deal of the work herself, including
replanting my entire back lawn.
She was in constant contact with me and handled some adversity
that arose with the first buyer exceptionally. She never even blinked and got
